Meinrad Heck

Meinrad Heck, geboren 1957, ist seit 1979 Investigativer Journalist, Photograph und Buchautor. Er war sowohl festangestellt als auch freiberuflicher Korrespondent für süddeutsche Tageszeitungen. Für seine Recherchen und Texte wurde er mehrfach ausgezeichnet, u.a. mit dem Theodor-Wolff-Preis und dem Wächterpreis. Derzeit arbeitet er an immer neuen Buchprojekten und an seinem umfangreichen Photo-Archiv. Daneben hatte er Lehraufträge an Universitäten. Aktuell berät er gelegentlich jüngere Journalisten-Kolleg*Innen bei ihren Recherchen über die von ihm mitbegründete gemeinnützige Lehrredaktion „ProRecherche.org“.
